Wayne Coates - Running Adventures

I started running in 1984 at noon to get some exercise and to get a break from the office. In 1987 when working in the Middle East I was introduced to Hashing (a worldwide organization with the motto "Drinkers with a Running Problem") and started to particpate in this "sport". In 2000 I decided for some unknown reason to enter the Tucson Marathon. I ran that race and loved every minute of it. From that time on some might say it got out of hand. Click on the links to the right to see the events I have participated in since then.
